The FG4SS had a great
adventurous ride to Bütgenbach!
For the first time, our highly
appreciated member Blork had organized a
three-day trip. On Thursday morning 21/05, we left at
8.30h in perfect weather conditions to our final
destination Bütgenbach in the "Hautes
Fagnes / Hoge Venen". We went through Mechelen,
Leuven, Hoegaarden, Hannut, Liège and Chaudfontaine and
only took normal and very small roads. Arrival was at
17.00h including the necessary 'refueling' stops (see
pictures). We
drove about 220km.

Second day was a trip to
Durbuy
(the smallest city in the world) and to the cascades of
Coo. Including a sidestep to the war museum in La Gleize. Trip length was about 150 km.

On Saturday, we left Butgenbach back home
through Spa, Engis, Huy, Hannut and again Hoegaarden,
Leuven and Mechelen. A BBQ at "El Diablo's" was the
cherry on the cake. Next year, we'll certainly meet
again for a great weekend!
